Returns & Exchanges

At Karina Grimaldi, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
